A few years ago I traveled cross country in a motor home with an old boyfriend. We rarely stayed in traditional RV parks, we almost always pulled over on the side of the road and camped for the might. It was an adventure!! I believe this was somewhere in western Wyoming. The reference photo was dark and difficult to interpret, but the feeling was just like this! So, this painting is more about a feeling than an actual likeness of a location. That's what art is all about, right?!
